Refund policy

Return: Items have to be returned within 30 days unopened and unused. We will grant refunds or exchanges if product is damaged in Transit to you also. Item has to be returned in order to receive a refund or exchange, the customer is responsible for returned shipping charges.

 

Soap:

Once opened Full Bar Soap cannot be returned or exchanged. Its recommended to purchase a travel size soap prior to fully committing to a full bar soap.

 

Body Butter:

Cannot be returned or exchanged once the safety seal is broken on the container. We also make body butter in travel size.

 

Lip Balm/ Lipstick/Lipgloss:

Cannot be returned once the safety seal is broken.

 

Container Candles:

Cannot be returned or exchanged if there are signs of usage. Meaning if the wick  or wax has been burned we cannot accept it for returns or exchanges. We recommend the Candle Tartlets for a sample.

 

Candle Tartlets: 

Cannot be returned or exchanged if the seal is broken on the package.
